The best way to be at peace during the “big dark” is to go with the flow. Being prepared doesn’t mean being stressed. My mantra for many years has been “go slow, take your time.” I say it in a slow deliberate cadence. It works in most situations. The “big dark” and the change in weather makes it necessary to pivot how to go with the Flow. Daily walks are less frequent. I adopted a senior cat. “Go slow, take your time” and she’s settling in nicely.

Life has a strange way of giving you what you want only when you stop chasing it with fear and desperation.
When you cling tightly, you block the flow.
When you try to force outcomes, you push them further away.
But the moment you release control, something shifts inside you.
The moment you stop running after people, they show up.
The moment you stop begging for answers, clarity arrives.
The moment you stop doubting yourself, the universe meets you halfway.
Because manifestation doesn’t come from anxiety—it comes from alignment.
From trusting your path.
From knowing that what is meant for you will never need to be forced, begged for, or chased.
Let go of the fear.
Let go of the timelines.
Let go of the pressure.

Your blessings arrive when you are ready to receive them, not when you chase them.
The universe doesn’t respond to desperation—it responds to confidence, surrender, and faith.
When you stop forcing life, life begins to flow.

My new rescue cat is a semi-longhaired 8 year old white female, used in breeding. She’s very sweet and has a ravenous appetite and now gets to live her best life. The timing was purfect and the universe provided.
Go With The Flow for A Peace-Filled Holiday Season
