THERE ARE NO MISTAKES, ONLY LOVE
“Our purpose is to learn how to love others and how to receive love . . . I know everything happens for a reason, and for the ultimate good.”Quoted in Revelations of Profound Love, p. 131There are no mistakes. You are not a mistake. There is nothing wrong with you, and there never has been. All is in divine order, and all is well. You cannot make a mistake. You may think you can, but all is being continuously orchestrated so that the plan you set in motion for your life will be carried out. You will learn the things you wanted to learn, meet the people you chose to have in your life, and experience the circumstances you envisioned. Everything happens for us to learn love, how to love ourselves and others and how to receive love from ourselves and others. Every seeming “mistake” you make is an opportunity for you to show mercy to yourself and to forgive yourself. We are given many opportunities to forgive ourselves, so we may learn that everything is forgivable. On Earth, it seems there are many exceptions to this, but to become equal to God, we must learn to forgive EVERYTHING. When our LOVE is equal to that of God, we have learned our lessons and may move on to other assignments besides those on Earth. God forgives everything because God gave us free will, and God understands the reason for all our actions.“God, help me forgive myself for my past and move on to acceptance and LOVE for myself and others. Teach me mercy, as you have mercy on us. I don’t like to make “mistakes,” but I will try to be gentle with myself when I am tempted to think I have done so. Thank you, God, for forgiving me. I love you.”

“We have to live differently, or we will die in the same old ways. Therefore, I call on all Grand Mothers everywhere on the planet to rise and take your place in the leadership of the world. Come out of the kitchen, out of the fields, out of beauty parlors, out of the television, step forward and assume the role for which you were created: to lead humanity to health, sanity and happiness. I call on all Grand Mothers of Earth, every person who possesses the Grand Mother Spirit of respect for life and protection of the young, to rise and lead. The life of our species depends on it. And I call on all men of Earth to gracefully and gratefully stand aside and let them (let us) do so.” – Alice Walker
