Here are a few “Rainbow Healing” stories, including a link to a “you tube” sharing by a special friend. Please scroll and enjoy a some inspiration that we can all use.
A year ago my youngest sister died unexpectedly of a heart attack. Our brother had died of heart complications a couple years prior. He lived in Florida and my sister was able to visit him while on a business trip shortly before that. It had been many years since I had seen him when he lived in southern California working as a musical arranger and teacher. The week after my sister passed I drove to her family home to be with her kids and grand-kids. On my way home from Bremerton, as I came up to the Silverdale freeway traffic, my brother’s favorite group, Chicago, came on to play a 3-set of tunes. Instantly, I felt him and at the same time a brilliant rainbow appeared in front of me and where our sister merged with us; the first time we had all been together in 30 years. I began to weep in God’s grace as I drove encased in a bubble of love and recognition of the gift. The rainbow stayed with me my entire 45 minute drive home until exiting off the freeway still in a state of bliss.
How do rainbows make you feel? Peaceful, happy, hopeful comes to mind!
Every time I see a rainbow, I experience peace.
During our mother’s cancer treatments, she decided to take my sister, niece, myself and her on a 10 day Caribbean cruise. While anchored near an extinct volcano and rain forest off the coast of Dominica, we were sitting on our deck waiting for a tour to return to the ship. The most magical thing happened. A rain-cloud came over the protected bay and engulfed the boat. As it passed over and through us it produced a rainbow that washed its subtle hues into our spirits. We were in the rainbow! Those few precious moments left us in awe. We all knew we had been blessed with this special gift. I have heard other people’s story of finding the end of a rainbow, as I have before too. This was different because it literally washed over us; all the subtle shades of the rainbow infused within us.
Another special friend I had the honor to meet a couple of years ago was Rev. Bill McDonald, a truly amazing person and Vietnam hero. His book “Warrior: A Spiritual Odyssey,” available on Amazon, is highly recommended reading.
He is now a Facebook friend and shared this wonderful “rainbow” healing story.
